DgoBuy combines buying, warehousing, inspection and international shipping into one account. Before ordering, confirm the QC limits, your top-up method's fees and the shipping line's customs terms — the headline "no service fee" does not mean no markup.

About DgoBuy
<p>DgoBuy is a newer Chinese buying agent, launched in late 2024, that runs the standard reverse-haitao flow: you paste a product link, DgoBuy buys the item for you, it lands at the company's China warehouse, is inspected and repacked, and then ships internationally on the line you choose.</p><p>Its source coverage leans into Taobao, Pinduoduo and JD.com — a different mix from the Weidian-first agents most rep spreadsheets are built around — and the homepage also offers image search so you can hunt down an identical item from a photo when a link has died. The interface runs in English and Chinese, backed by a multilingual support team and an AI assistant. The audience is heavily US-based, with the United States accounting for roughly 85% of traffic and the United Kingdom most of the rest.</p><p>On cost, DgoBuy does not publish a separate service-fee schedule. What you pay is the product price plus domestic and international freight, and your top-up method decides the overhead: Alipay and WeChat Pay are fee-free and usually clear in 1–60 minutes, PayPal and international cards carry the processor's 4.4% + $0.30 charge, and bank transfers convert to RMB at DgoBuy's unified exchange rate. DgoBuy itself recommends paying from balance to reduce exchange losses. The bigger cost sits inside the price: in June 2026 checks a ¥580 Weidian item displayed as ¥627.9, about 8% higher, before conversion at roughly 6.45 CNY/USD — an all-in difference of roughly 14% against the original listing.</p><p>Warehouse QC is appearance-level. Style, quantity, colour, size and outer-packaging damage are checked, every parcel is screened for restricted goods, and original courier boxes are removed with items repacked into self-sealing bags (fragile or oversized goods excepted). Sealed and electronic products are only checked externally — authenticity and internal function are explicitly out of scope. International freight is billed on the greater of actual versus volumetric weight, with a public freight estimator, an insurance-claims channel and a return service rounding out after-sales.</p>
What works well
Taobao, Pinduoduo and JD.com links all paste into the same search bar, a different platform mix from the Weidian-first agents most spreadsheets are built around.
Image search lets you find an identical listing from a photo when a spreadsheet link is dead.
No separate service fee is published; your invoice is product cost plus domestic and international freight.
90 days of free warehouse storage and 3 free QC photos give you room to consolidate several sellers into one parcel.
Alipay and WeChat Pay top-ups carry no surcharge and usually clear within 1–60 minutes, which is the cheapest way to fund an order.
A public freight estimator, an insurance-claims channel and a return service cover the after-sales side.
English and Chinese interface with a multilingual support team and an AI assistant.
What to check
The displayed price can already include a mark-up. In June 2026 checks, three Weidian items showed CNY prices about 8–9% above the seller's own listing before conversion, for an all-in difference of roughly 14%. Judge DgoBuy by the seller's CNY price, not by the rate it shows.
The exchange rate carries a reported +13.94% markup over interbank, so a favourable-looking USD figure is not a cheap one.
PayPal and international card top-ups add 4.4% + $0.30; bank transfers convert at DgoBuy's own unified rate rather than the market rate.
QC is appearance-level only: style, quantity, colour, size and outer-packaging damage. Sealed parcels are not opened and electronics are not checked for authenticity or function.
International freight is billed on the greater of actual or volumetric weight, so light bulky items can cost far more than their scale weight suggests.
Return service is not unlimited: a small number of no-reason returns are free per month, then a per-item service fee plus both legs of domestic postage apply, and items must be new.
The agent is new — its domain was registered in November 2024 — and public reviews are mixed, including complaints about post-payment shipping charges and refunds. Start with a small order and keep records.
Traffic is heavily US-based (about 85%), so line availability, pricing and customs handling for other destinations need checking before you commit a large parcel.
Is DgoBuy legit?
<p>DgoBuy is an operating agent with a working order flow, warehouse and freight estimator, but it is young: the domain was registered in November 2024, and its public reputation is uneven. At the time of our checks, Trustpilot showed an average rating of about 3 out of 5, with praise for responsiveness sitting alongside complaints about charges requested after an order was paid for, slow or non-arriving parcels and refund friction. Automated website-reputation scanners also rate the domain poorly, driven largely by hidden WHOIS ownership and limited traffic history rather than by any specific fraud finding.</p><p>None of that is proof of misconduct, and plenty of agents carry similar complaint patterns simply because international freight and customs disputes are common. Treat it as a reason to control exposure rather than to avoid the platform: order small first, pay from balance so the amounts are traceable, screenshot the seller's price and your checkout total, and keep the QC photos and tracking numbers before you consolidate anything expensive.</p><p>We do not take payment for rankings. This assessment is based on public data, published policy pages and our own ordering, not sponsorship.</p>
Where DgoBuy is popular
<p>Traffic is concentrated in two markets: the United States at roughly 84.8% and the United Kingdom at roughly 13.5%, with the remainder scattered. That matters practically. The most commonly used lines, the English-language content and the customs assumptions baked into the site are all tuned for US and UK destinations, so buyers elsewhere should confirm line availability, restricted-goods rules and duty handling with support before building a large consolidated parcel.</p>
What you actually pay
<p>The invoice is product cost + domestic freight in China + international shipping + whatever your payment method costs. There is no separately published service fee. International shipping is billed on the greater of actual versus volumetric weight, so a light, bulky item is priced on its dimensions.</p><p>Payment overhead, as published in June 2026: PayPal and international cards add 4.4% + $0.30; Alipay and WeChat Pay are free and clear in 1–60 minutes; bank transfers arrive at DgoBuy's unified RMB rate, not the interbank rate. The item price itself can also carry a mark-up — in our June 2026 sample, three Weidian items displayed about 8–9% above the seller's listing, and with the roughly 13.94% exchange-rate gap and a 6.45 CNY/USD conversion, the all-in difference came to around 14%. Treat the seller's CNY figure as the benchmark, and add shipping and any domestic return postage on top.</p>
How we estimate DgoBuy prices
<p>Each estimated item price is the source product price plus DgoBuy's +13.94% exchange-rate markup, which we measure ourselves or take from DgoBuy's published rate. It does not include international shipping, optional insurance, domestic reshipping or any service fees unless the fact panel above says otherwise. Coupon values may be threshold-gated, shipping-only or route-specific, so check the current terms before ordering. Fee and rate figures are shown as of June 2026.</p>
What QC and returns actually cover
<p>QC is visual. Style, quantity, colour, size and outer-packaging damage are checked, restricted goods are screened, and parcels are repacked into self-sealing bags with courier boxes removed unless the item is fragile or oversized. Sealed packaging is not opened, and electronics are not verified for authenticity or function — so a passing inspection tells you the right item arrived intact, not that it works or is genuine. Write the photo angles and measurements you need in the order remarks.</p><p>Returns follow the source platform's rules. No-reason return and exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of receipt (5 days after warehouse arrival), a limited number are free each month, and beyond that a per-item service fee applies plus both legs of domestic postage. Items must be new and resaleable; if the fault is the seller's, the seller covers return postage. Check the remaining free allowance on the return request page before you rely on it.</p>
DgoBuy is a China-based shopping agent, launched in late 2024, that buys from Taobao, Pinduoduo and JD.com, stores purchases for up to 90 days, runs appearance-level QC, consolidates parcels and ships worldwide. There is no published service fee, but the exchange-rate markup and payment surcharges decide the real cost.
